Iran’s revolting cities & hope in change

Annual Iranian Resistance Grand Gathering
Analysis by PMOI/MEK

Iran, June 28, 2018 - The sudden rise in the price of the U.S. dollar, with parts of the regime interested in this trend continues, is now crumbling down on the regime and pushed the people into street protests.
40 years of the regime plundering the society has plunged the society into grave crises, including:
  • Farmers’ protests
  • Protests by the unemployed and those demanding their due paychecks
  • The dollar/currency crisis

Iran under sanctions for human rights violations

US sanctions Iran for violating human rights
Analysis by PMOI/MEK

Iran, June 2, 2018 - The U.S. Treasury Department has recently blacklisted six new individuals and three entities for their role in Iran’s crackdown and human rights violations.
The U.S. Congress had in the past slapped human rights sanctions on Iran. With these new measures, however, the U.S. administration is linking all the recently levied sanctions specifically to human rights violations, quelling and censorship.

Iran, June 23, 2018 - In recent remarks, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has used a very interesting description for the current circumstances in regards to Iran’s nuclear deal with the international community.
This agreement, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), is currently in limbo after U.S. President Donald Trump decided to exit the pact, describing it “the worst deal ever.

EU choosing Iran over the US is illogical, to say the least

European Union flags
Analysis by PMOI/MEK

June 22, 2018 - Following the U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to exit from the highly flawed Iran nuclear deal, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the European Union is striving to somehow safeguard the pact. EU’s main objective appears to be further normalizing trade and economic relations with Tehran.
This is already sending influential signs to other global parties, indicating the EU has chosen to side with the Iranian regime and not the U.S., and as a result, not the Iranian people. While the Trump administration is reinstalling sanctions against the mullahs’ regime and warns further and more effective measures are in the making, Brussels continues to only take its short-term economic benefits into

MEK CALLS ON EUROPE TO PUT IRANIAN HUMAN RIGHTS OVER TRADE DEALS

By INU Staff
INU - Former MEP Struan Stevenson recently wrote an article about the Iranian Regime’s panic and anxiety over the impending collapse on the 2015 nuclear deal, entitled “Iran’s mullahs press the panic button”.
In it, he outlines how the Regime wants to preserve the flawed deal through any means necessary, whilst Iranian Resistance groups, like the People’s Mujahedin Organisation of Iran (MEK), and the Iranian people want the deal to fail in order to bring about regime change in Iran.

There has been a tremendous amount of debate over Iran policy recently following President Trump's decision to withdraw the US from the nuclear deal. The debate has been raging about the destructive role of the Islamic Republic in regional crises like in Syria, its ballistic missile programmes, support for terrorism as well as the domestic human rights violations.
The discussion is focused on what level of responsibility the international community should assume in confronting the
