Iran: State Security Forces fatally shoot young woman

Tehran’s State Security Forces, opened fire on a vehicle, in a street confrontation on Monday July 17, 2017, killing a young woman and leaving a man injured. The third man managed to escape however, he was arrested in the day, according to the state-run Mehr news agency.
Tehran’s SSF commander said, the SSF patrol fired warning bird shots, but the suspected car did not stop for the agents. After a short pursuit the SSF patrol, opened fire on the car. Subsequently a young woman was killed and a man was wounded.
Hossein Sajedinia claimed that all three had previous criminal records, without providing any further evidences. It is not clear what was meant by previous criminal records and what the three had done?
